warm

This morning LB and I took a frigid walk to the local bakery to pick up all the bread we'd need for the holidays--2 loaves of sourdough, a loaf of french bread and 4 croissants (only 3 tries to spell that one right. yee haw.). It was a wonderful feeling to pull those loaves off the shelves while they were still warm. Yum.

Things are shaping up for the holidays finally. I think. Tomek has yet to start his Christmas shopping, although I'm hoping he does that tonight after not working late. He only really needs to shop for me. We took care of the rest of his family already. So it shouldn't be too bad. And I think my list of what to get done before Christmas Eve pretty much covers everything.

Tomorrow I'm going to be at the grocery store the minute it opens, I'm going to blitz through it like a maniac and hope I get to the checkout lines before they are 5 miles long.

Right now I'm enjoying the feeling of running my fingers across LB's warm, soft belly, and the grins and giggles it's producing.
