trip to grad part 2

The grad with his niece It was dark and loud at Prom and I took some pics but... meh. The senior class got toasted by the junior class and my bro S was one of the toasters. The senior class also had a dance which was cool, but the song was crap. This is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot. Why oh why is rap so popular?

Commencement was long. There were 26 grads and each gave a speech. Short, but it added up. LB got loud during the speaker's address, so we spent most of Commencement on the lawn beside the open-walled tent that it was in. The PA system was great, so we could still hear and see everything. I stayed in the tent to hear D, but then headed outside for the remainder.

They moved their tassles from right to left and are now officially graduates.

I have lots of pics but... kinda hesitant about splashing my family all over this blog. They'll show up on LB's blog eventually though. :)

We began our drive back home at 7:30 p.m.... here's blurry Portland:

Looooooooong drive... and cramped in the backseat

Arrived at home around 3:30 a.m., but LB woke up and was NOT interested in sleeping. She also had some crazy car seat-head.
She fell asleep eventually around 4:45. Tomek got up at 6 for work and I got up at 9 with LB. We are both still trying to catch up on sleep, although I have much more time to do so than him.
