I hate incompetent people. Take my money and don't care to take the pains to make sure they do the best job they can. I should have complained when I was there. I should have refused, but I paid in advance. Stupid stupid STUPID. Dammit.

Consider it a lesson learned - don't pay in advance. This isn't always an option, but there is always room for negociation.
Just a local post office/ printing shop. Not any big name company. I gave them my business because I used to service them in one of my old jobs. Bah.
phil-yeah i could have taken it back but i needed it for today and they probably wouldn't have been able to redo it in time.
i've calmed down about it a lot, and i think it'll be ok.
