Ever had so much to say and none of it would come out? I have so much I want to write and none of it will come. I have emails that I desperately want to write with comforting, caring words and every time I sit down to bang away at the keyboard, crap comes out so I give up.

crap comes out huh? i was under the impression that constipation was the lack of crap.
Screw it, you need to get it out of your system so let it go. You can always go back and edit it later if you want to.
