What matters

I was going to blog yet another rant, detailing my explosion last night upon hearing from Tomek that his mom told him that his brother told her that his wife (my sister-in-law) had sent me a number of emails and I hadn't replied to and perhaps I wasn't interested in keeping in touch--

but then I hear of a close friend's pain and my own stupid family crap just doesn't matter anymore. YOU, my friend, matter. And I'm thinking of you, and praying in my own way that everything is ok.
