Sometimes, when things seem so hard, I have to trust that he'll be there, he'll come around. That the smile will return to his face and I'll find my best friend again. That life will become an adventure for us again, not merely something to get through. That even though it feels we are on opposite sides of the world right now, we will be close again.
We both made a commitment to us and it will see us through, somehow.
I love him, even when my heart is a tangle of thorns.

Yeah, thinking of you guys. Keep in mind that having a kid is tough and adjusting isn't instantaneous. You guys are walking the same path that billions of other couples have walked. Things will get easier, though.
