Whew

We're moved. We still have crap at the old apartment, and 4 more days to clear out of there completely, so we're not too worried about it. Tomek had 3 guy friends and one of their girlfriends come and help us move--we were loaded and completely unloaded in our new place in 7 hours. Marcin set up this crazy assembly line from the truck in front of the building up to the third floor. Our stuff was out on the sidewalk, in the main lobby, in the hall of the third floor... it was like this huge upchuck of our stuff. We had two guys bringing the stuff out of the truck and to the elevator, then the girl would stuff the elevator full, take it up to the third floor and two guys were there to unload the elevator and she'd go back down again. Then the two guys would haul the stuff to the extreme other end of the hall to where our place is. Lucky we had 3 dollies.

The painting got done, too. It still smells faintly of paint here, and I'm worried about Lily breathing it in. We keep all the windows and doors wide open all the time, so there's always a breeze coming through (I LOVE having a corner unit... I don't think I could ever not have one, unless I have a house).

I'm writing now from Tomek's work laptop via some wireless internet he picked up (shh) so I can't upload any pictures yet.

But I will. Today I was waiting for Lily to poop--she poops once a day (or night) and has these huge 7-course poops. They just keep on coming. Anyway, Tomek came home from work so I let him take my place at the foot of the change table while I got something to eat. Not a minute later I heard him cracking up, and calling for me. I went in, and well, not only was her poop liquid and yellow (you could paint the road lines with this stuff), it had range as well. Tomek had some nice yellow splatters on his SHIRT. And yes, I took a picture. Girl's got some bowel power!

And, she just woke up.

"7-course poops." That's hilarious. Appetizer, salad, soup, main course, etc.
