Real estate update

Just talked to Tomek--his good friend Marcin told him that his neighbour is considering selling her place... Marcin's place is really nice, the building is nice... and it's in another kind of tucked away place. The suites are laid out really well, open so you don't notice that they aren't huge. Tomek is all excited at the thought of possibly being Marcin's neighbour--"think of all the steak barbacues we could have, we could work on our cars together...". So cute. If the place sold from owner to new owner, that would save her realtor costs--but even then I don't know if the place is even in our price range. But it's nice to dream. And between these two possibilities, one of them could work... right?
