as much as it does

there would be more peace
the world would be much more sane.
the world would be much more sane.
And by saying it would be more
sane,
I am implying that there is insanity in the world
(that which is not sane)
And what is sane?
Being of sound mind to distinguish right from wrong,
among other definitions.
And what is right?
What is wrong?
There, my friends, is where the fabric of society has unraveled.

It would even work for me if people didn't want to accept another's religion if they could just ignore it. Maybe then they could see a situation from an unobstructed point of view.
great post, kay zed
right and wrong by many in our current world is situation dependent rather than value dependent. I get the sense that with the coming calamity of chaos prescribed by the impending doom of peak oil, global warming, real-estate bubble, baby boom demographics and ridiculous US national debt, right and wrong will go back to being values based.
