I have a new job. Same company. Different job. As dictated by the #1. Hm. Talk about being out of my comfort zone; I trained and worked in the finance department for a year, the entire time I've been with the company. Now I've been yanked over to Marketing. This is cool, because the work is more fun (number checking sucks), but the finance department wasn't notified. So it was me running around talking to different people today smoothing ruffled feathers, explaining without getting others in trouble--trying to make sure everyone is clear on what work I am supposed to be doing, because I was getting totally confused AND overwhelmed. I was doing work for three different people in the 2 different departments. But now I think it's calmed down.
I'll miss the finance peeps though.

Congrats, I guess! I imagine so long as you can continue to bring income in while working on the tutorial program you are exactly where you want to be.
