Freak flags for Friday

Almost cut my hair
It happened just the other day
It's gettin' kind of long
I could've said it was in my way

But I didn't and I wonder why
I feel like letting my freak flag fly

Actually, I cut Tom's hair. Last night. At midnight. In preparation for a visit to my parents' place. He's so handsome when his hair is short and he's clean shaven. And I admit, I'm molding him so he looks a certain way for my parents. I admit it! I'm a little ashamed, but not really. After all, I'm human. And female.

Tonight we leave for the south, after visiting his folks. So we probably won't be rolling into my parents place till 2 a.m. or so. Yawn.

And today is good because I'm leaving work an hour early. Hoorah.

I'd rant about people discrediting Tom Cruise because of his religion, but I don't have the energy. Besides, I know his religion is a good thing, so what others say doesn't matter, right?
